This one piece that makes the empire.\n\nAnd another part is when they mention she\'s not a professionally trained cook and doesn\'t make all her meals from scratch.\n\nThe message I got from this is exactly what I\'ve been taught, the real secret, the real determining factor behind any successful person- is the It Factor- the X Factor.\n\nRachel Rays is that she is an every day, girl next door type of gal, who makes quick meals, is this small bubly person who always has a huge smile.\n\nThose characteristics is what her empire is built on.\n\nThat\'s called, the X Factor.
