What makes great non-profits great? Now more than ever, social sector leaders need to know how to maximize their impact. This session draws upon the groundbreaking research published in the recently-released book Forces for Good: The Six Practices of High-Impact Nonprofits (Fall \'07). Co-author Heather McLeod Grant will moderate a session with senior leaders from several of the 12 high-impact nonprofits that she and her co-author studied. Close to 2,000 business leaders and students from across the country packed Vanderbilt University Nov. 1-3 for a massive event to discuss how to build a successful business while alsobeing socially and environmentally responsible.
